Transit & Mobility Survey Programs
Supported onboard bus, rail, and station survey programs for transportation planning studies, including passenger surveys, intercept surveys, ADA bus stop inventories, and accessibility assessments, and structured data collection. Responsibilities included field coordination, accessibility assessments, adherence to survey protocols, and quality control in active operational environments.
Online & Hybrid Survey Programs
Supported online and hybrid survey initiatives complementing field data collection efforts, including survey programming, data validation, and reporting. These programs supported transportation studies, airport-related surveys, and large-scale public engagement efforts.
Airport Passenger Experience & ASQ Programs
Supported airport passenger experience and ACI Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey programs through on-site data collection, field supervision, and quality control. Responsibilities included managing in-terminal survey operations, ensuring compliance with operational and security protocols, coordinating with airport stakeholders, and delivering consistent, high-quality data for benchmarking and reporting.
Program Coordination & Subconsultant Support
Provided subcontract support to engineering and planning consultants, assisting with field operations, survey implementation, data validation, and coordination activities required to meet project-specific and regulatory requirements.
